Do I need to pay any customs tax or VAT if I buy from you?
For customers from the other countries, import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges and we are not responsible for them. Please check with your country’s customs office to know the exact charges before you make a purchase.
Customs are asking me to pay the import duty but I do not wish to. Can I return the item to you and request a refund?
You are responsible for the taxes as they are charged by your country’s customs and not by us. Customers cannot request to cancel the order or request a refund in this situation.
What is the possibility of me being asked to pay customs taxes?
For customers from the other countries, we are not sure about it. It depends on your country’s customs policies, which is out of our control.
How much import duty or taxes do I need to pay for the item?
We are not familiar with your local customs and don't know how much it will cost. Please verify with your local tax authorities BEFORE you make a purchase.
Accepted Payment Methods
Our website supports PayPal. After you finish shopping, you will be guided to PayPal's platform. Your order will then be processed via the PayPal site where all of your information will be securely protected.

1. You can pay by Visa and Mastercard directly if you select credit card payment method. (also called Braintree payment method)
2. You can pay by MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express by logging in Paypal account if you select PayPal payment method.
Usually your order will be shipped within 2 business days of its payment confirmation. Some units can take up to 2 full weeks to produce and ship out.
Delivery Address Requirement
When you’re placing an order, please include your full delivery address including door number, street name and zip code. Please also include a contact telephone number so the carrier may contact you if there’s any issue with the delivery.
PO BOX Delivery Address
We currently do not ship to PO BOX addresses, so please provide a non-PO BOX address for delivery.
Once the item has been shipped, we will send you an email with the order details and shipping information. In this email you will find the tracking number for your item. If you do not receive this email, please contact our online customer service.

We currently maintain cooperative relationships with UPS FEDEX DHL. Our commitment to our customers is to assure the delivery reaches its destination in the quickest manner with the lowest cost.
Can I cancel my order after shipment?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
Currently we ship to most countries except for Argentina, Brazil, India, Peru, Philippines, and certain military areas. Some extended areas may require extra charges.
When will I receive the package?
Most of our products will be sent by express. After our delivery, usually it takes approximately 3-7 days to receive. A tracking number will be sent to you via email too.
But if you solely buy items under "Accessories" & "Cameras" categories, they will be shipped by registermail, which may take about 7-25 days to arrive.
What should I do if I received the wrong item(s) or an item(s) is missing?
Please contact our service team within 7 days of receiving the wrong item(s) or have discovered you are missing an item(s). We will correct any order errors as soon as possible!
How do I check my order status?
Once your item has been sent, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you as well, you can check the order status at the bottom of our home page with your order number or tracking number.
Where is my item shipped from?
Currenty we only ship units from Hong Kong. Headunits with DSP will be available in UK and Germany in a few months.
We offer 1 year warranty on our Android headunits. The warranty covers defects that are out of the buyers control like internal defect.
The warranty does NOT apply to software as this can always be fixed. The warranty does NOT apply if the unit is damaged or broken by the buyer or user of the product.
The warranty does not include return shipping.
If you receive a defective unit or a unit that you cannot get working, please contact us ASAP. we will do our very best to ensure you get it working or replaced.
